सरकार समय समय पर आवश्यकता अनुसार
योजनाओं की घोसड़ा करती है । इसी क्रम में उत्तर प्रदेश की वर्तमान सरकार ने युवाओं को टेबलेट देने की घोसड़ा की है । इस योजना का लाभ उन युवाओं को मिलेगा जो अभी उच्च शिक्षा ले रहे हैं या प्रतियोगी परीक्षा में भाग ले रहे हैं।
- आयु सीमा 18-25 साल के बीच का होना चाहिए।
मुख्यमंत्री जी ने यह घोसड़ा अपनी चुनावी जनसभा में की है । अब ये तो देखने वाली बात होगी की इसका पालन कबसे और कैसे किया जायेगा।
- अभी तक प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार इसे अक्टूबर माह से शुरू किया जाना है।
यह अपने प्रकार की पहली योजना नहीं है इससे पहले की सरकारों ने भी कभी लैपटॉप,कभी टेबलेट तो कभी साईकिल दी है।
वर्तमान समय यानि पोस्ट कोविद १९ के दौर में जब बेरोजगारी अपने चरम पर है । इस समय ऐसी योजना लाना जहाँ एक तरफ अत्यंत आवश्यक था तो वही कुछ लोग इसे चुनावी हथकंडे के रूप में देख रहे हैं।
आपको बताते चले की उत्तर प्रदेश विधान सभा का चुनाव अगले साल मार्च 2022 तक हो जाना है ।
महत्व : कोई भी योजना हो जनता के हित में होना चाहिए । यह योजना अभी तो कोरी कागज है पर यदि इस योजना को अच्छे से लागू किया गया और इस योजना को अभ्युदय योजना (कोचिंग मुफ्त में ) तथा स्वयंम पोर्टल योजना के साथ , डिजिटल इंडिया के साथ सम्मिलित करके लागू किया जाय तो बहुत अच्छे परिणाम हो सकते हैं ।
योजना को अच्छी बुरी तब कह सकते हैं जब उसके पीछे का इंटेंशन अच्छा या बुरा हो। योजना लागू होने के बाद ही इसके फायदे और नुकसान तथा परिणाम का पता लगाया जा सकता है ।
सरकार की इस योजना से कई फायदे हो सकते है। जो छात्र इस योजना से लाभान्वित होगा वो डिजिटल इंडिया,स्किल इंडिया , स्टार्टप इंडिया तथा अन्य योजनाओं का लाभ उठाकर अपने लिए अच्छी शिक्षा,कौशल और रोजगार ले सकता है।
इससे समवेशी , सर्वांगीण तथा सतत विकास हो सके और अंत्योदय का भी उदय हो सके ।

Let us tell you that the election to the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly is to be held next year by March 2022.
Significance: Whatever be the plan, it should be in the interest of the public. This scheme is still a blank paper, but if this scheme is implemented well and this scheme is implemented by including Abhyudaya Yojana (coaching for free) and Swayam Portal scheme, with Digital India, then very good results can be achieved. Huh .
A plan can be said to be good or bad when the intention behind it is good or bad. Its advantages and disadvantages and consequences can be ascertained only after the plan is implemented.
There can be many benefits from this scheme of the government. The student who will benefit from this scheme can take good education, skill and employment for himself by taking advantage of Digital India, Skill India, Startup India and other schemes.
